Meet Your Attorney
Gabriella Henriquez Chavez
Immigration Attorney & Criminal Defense Advocate
About Gabriella
I'm Gabriella, born in Miami to a Guatemalan mother and Chilean father. I've always been deeply connected to my roots as a Spanish speaker and the daughter of immigrants — a background that shapes every case I take on.
With a background in Theatre and Performance Studies, I learned how to powerfully tell human stories. That skill — the ability to listen, understand, and advocate — is something I bring into every courtroom and every client meeting.
I received my law license in October 2025 and am dedicated to continuing my mission of empowering immigrants to protect their rights and build their futures in the United States.
